BeProfit Alternatives for Shopify
BeProfit is built for merchants selling across several shops and channels. If you run one Shopify store, a single-store tool covers the same ground with a deeper cost model at similar or lower cost. If you genuinely need multi-shop, most alternatives are a downgrade.

BeProfit occupies a specific position: multichannel profit reporting at roughly single-store prices. Whether an alternative makes sense depends almost entirely on whether you use that breadth.
First question: how many places do you sell?
If the answer is more than one shop, or Shopify plus a marketplace, then most of this list does not apply. Single-store profit apps — ours included — cannot consolidate several shops, and no amount of cost-model depth substitutes for a complete picture.
In that case the genuine alternatives are more expensive, not cheaper: Daasity at $1,899 a month, Polar Analytics from around $750. Both do more; both cost several times BeProfit’s top tier. If BeProfit is covering your channels adequately at $149 or $249, it is doing so at a price the platform tier cannot match.
If the answer is one Shopify store, the calculation inverts. You are paying for breadth you are not using, and a single-store tool at the same price puts that budget into depth instead.
What depth actually buys
Three specific things, and it is worth being concrete rather than claiming general superiority.
Gateway fee modelling. Percentage, fixed per-transaction component, and the tax charged on the fee in markets that levy it — configured separately and testable against a real payout. A single blended percentage is wrong on every order by a small constant amount, which is exactly the kind of error nobody notices.
Per-weight and per-region shipping. Delivery is the largest source of margin variation between two orders of the same value. Rules that vary correctly beat an average that is accurate in aggregate and wrong on every individual order.
Refund cost attribution. Booking a return’s cost back to the originating order rather than to the month it landed in is what keeps per-product and per-channel profitability meaningful.
Where BeProfit is genuinely ahead
Two things no single-store alternative offers.
Cross-shop comparison. Earnings by shop, platform and country in one view. Doing that by hand is a monthly exercise in exports and reconciliation.
Team access. Its top tier includes unlimited team members. Several single-store tools, ours included, are single-account products. If more than one person needs the same number, that is a hard requirement rather than a nice-to-have.
It also reports return analysis as a first-class report, which for an apparel brand where returns are the central operating problem is a more useful framing than treating them purely as a cost attributed backwards.
The caps, which is where surprises live
BeProfit meters on orders and shops. Its published tiers run 450, 900 and 1,700 orders for one shop, with unlimited orders and shops on the top tier.
That structure has a sharp edge: adding a second shop can push you up a tier regardless of volume. Alternatives metered on revenue or GMV behave differently, and whether that helps depends on your order value.
Before switching for cost reasons, work out your position on both axes. A store at 1,500 orders and $60,000 of revenue sits in BeProfit’s $149 tier and a revenue-metered $99 tier. A store at 600 orders and $150,000 sits in BeProfit’s $99 tier and a revenue-metered $199 one. Neither structure is consistently cheaper.
The reasonable conclusion
If you run several shops, staying is usually right, and the alternatives worth considering are platforms rather than apps.
If you run one, the question is whether you would rather have breadth you do not use or depth you would. That is a genuine preference, not a verdict — and it is the only situation where this page should change your mind.
How this list was put together
NetNet is our product and appears on this list. It is single-store only, which means for a large share of BeProfit's users it is not a viable alternative at all, and we have put that in our own entry rather than in a footnote.
- How many places you sell
- Multi-shop and multichannel support is BeProfit's core advantage, and most alternatives simply do not have it.
- Depth of the cost model
- Whether gateway fee structures, per-weight shipping and refund attribution are modelled or treated as single inputs.
- Team access
- BeProfit's top tier includes unlimited team members, which several single-store tools do not offer at any price.
- What the caps count
- Orders, shops and revenue produce very different bills depending on your order value and store count.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best alternative to BeProfit?
It depends entirely on store count. For one Shopify store, a single-store profit app covers the same ground with more cost-model depth. For several shops or channels, the honest alternatives are more expensive platforms rather than cheaper apps.
Which alternatives support multiple stores?
TrueProfit offers multi-store viewing. Daasity and Polar Analytics handle multiple brands and channels properly, at a much higher price. Most single-store profit apps, including ours, do not support it at all.
Is BeProfit good value?
Its entry and mid tiers at $49 and $99 line up with single-store competitors while including multi-channel reporting, and its top tier covers unlimited orders, shops and team members. For a genuine multi-shop merchant that is competitive.
What does BeProfit do that single-store apps cannot?
Compare earnings across shops, platforms and countries in one view, and give unlimited team members access on its top tier. Neither is something a single-store tool can approximate, regardless of how deep its cost model is.
