How to connect your ad accounts

Connect Meta and Google Ads via OAuth. Spend data syncs daily. Requires Pro plan or higher. TikTok coming soon.

Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

  1. 1.Go to Settings → Meta Ads section
  2. 2.Click 'Connect Meta Ads' — you'll be redirected to Facebook login
  3. 3.Approve the permissions and select which ad accounts to connect
  4. 4.Spend data syncs daily. Click 'Sync Now' for immediate refresh.

Google Ads

  1. 1.Go to Settings → Google Ads section
  2. 2.Click 'Connect Google Ads' — sign in with your Google account
  3. 3.Select the ad accounts to sync
  4. 4.Google tokens refresh automatically. Retry with backoff on transient errors.

Staleness warning

If any connected account hasn't synced in 24+ hours, a yellow warning banner appears on the Marketing page and Dashboard.

Sync Timeline

0-10 minutes

After connecting Meta or Google Ads, historical spend syncs for the past 12 months (365 days).

Daily at 3am UTC

Spend data pulls automatically. Yesterday's spend is available by the time you open your dashboard.

Per-order proration

Daily spend is divided evenly across all orders that day. If you had 50 orders and spent $500, each order gets $10 ad cost.
